The awards are exclusively given to Northern Ireland-based vehicle retailers and saw Roadside Garages praised across various aspects of the business, with its genuine focus on customer service at its heart.

The Motor Ombudsman’s Star Awards
The Motor Ombudsman has announced Roadside Garages as the winner of a Regional Star Award for 2025, for Norther Ireland. The Star Awards allow motorists to recognise Motor Ombudsman-accredited businesses and individual team members across the country who have gone beyond the call of duty when assisting them.
Roadside Garages was singled out and praised for quickly sourcing a new vehicle for a customer at a time of personal loss, after repairs to their existing vehicle proved prohibitive.
