ROADSIDE (GARAGES) KIA COLERAINE RECOGNISED AT MOTOR OMBUDSMAN’S STAR AWARDS

Roadside (Garages) Kia Coleraine has been highly commended at the Motor Ombudsman’s Star Awards 2024, following recognition as ‘National Garage Star’ winner at the same awards in 2022.

The Motor Ombudsman Star Awards is now in its fifth year of running, recognising Motor Ombudsman-accredited businesses and staff members within these organisations – those who have gone the extra mile in the eyes of consumers. After receiving nominations from customers, a judging panel of four declared Roadside Garages as highly commended for the Northern Ireland region.

The dealership’s excellent customer service was a key highlight of the nominations, with the business providing its customers with effective and personal support.

They really are the heart and soul of our business, so we put every effort into ensuring they’re looked after. Judging the 2024 Motor Ombudsman Star Awards this year, Neil Barlow, Head of Vehicle Policy and Engineering at the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), said: “Excellent customer service is a priority for DVSA, and for the wider industry. Providing a quality service builds trust with motorists and makes it easier for them to keep their vehicles safe. The 30 finalists in this year’s Star Awards should be very proud of the great service they continue to offer customers.”
